Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AxisGlam software, the AxisGlam website (axisglam.com), and the AxisGlam Marketplace (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use AxisGlam for personal or commercial laser cutting, engraving, and design work. You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
Use the Service to upload, distribute, or sell content that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without prior written consent.

2. Marketplace — Buying & Selling

The AxisGlam Marketplace allows users to discover, purchase, and install digital design assets ("Assets").

Purchases: All sales are final. Purchased Assets are licensed for personal and commercial use in your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Assets themselves.
Sellers: By uploading Assets, you confirm you hold all necessary rights to distribute them and grant AxisGlam a non-exclusive license to host and deliver them.
Payments: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. AxisGlam does not store payment card information.
Refunds: Digital goods are generally non-refundable. Contact us at support@axisglam.com if you believe a purchase was made in error.

3. Intellectual Property

AxisGlam and its logo are trademarks of AxisGlam. The software, website design, and original content are protected by copyright. Assets uploaded by users remain the property of their respective creators.

4. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Laser cutting and engraving involves machinery that can cause injury or property damage — always follow safe operating procedures.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AxisGlam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from use of designs obtained through the Marketplace.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
