DMCA Policy & Takedown Procedure

AxisGlam (operated by Wekiwu LLC) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the AxisGlam Marketplace and platform to do the same. This page describes our policy for responding to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the procedures for submitting a takedown notice, and the procedures for submitting a counter-notice.

Designated Copyright Agent

The following Designated Copyright Agent is on file with the United States Copyright Office under registration number DMCA-1072800:

This agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2). You can verify the registration at the DMCA Designated Agent Directory by searching for "Wekiwu LLC".

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available through the AxisGlam Marketplace, app, or website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act on behalf of, please send a written notice to the Designated Agent above. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or — if multiple works at a single online site are covered by a single notification — a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (URLs, listing IDs, screenshots).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Send the completed notice to dmca@axisglam.com or by mail to the postal address above. We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 1 business day and to disable access to the identified material within 2 business days of receipt.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you are a user whose content was removed (or to which access was disabled) and you believe in good faith that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the Designated Agent. An effective counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which AxisGlam may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of that person.

Send counter-notices to dmca@axisglam.com. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may, in accordance with § 512(g), restore access to the material between 10 and 14 business days later unless the complainant first notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order against the user.

Repeat Infringer Policy

It is AxisGlam's policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the AxisGlam Marketplace and disable any account that, in our reasonable judgment, is engaged in copyright infringement, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Trademark, Right-of-Publicity, and Other IP Claims

The DMCA covers copyright claims only. For claims relating to trademark infringement, right of publicity, defamation, or other intellectual-property matters, please email support@axisglam.com with a detailed description of the issue. We review such claims on a case-by-case basis.
